IAN VARGO

Music and sound by Ian Vargo has been heard on broadcast television, nationally-televised ad campaigns, award-winning films, and viral web content that has amassed over 30 million views. Notable clients include Disney | ABC, Intel, MSNBC, Airbnb, EA Games and many more.

Additionally, Ian is a Music Producer, Mix and Mastering Engineer, and Multi-instrumentalist. He has worked on major label (Universal, Interscope, Hollywood) and independent records. 

 

Ian is an educator and has taught at several colleges including Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD), The Los Angeles College of Music, and the Art Institute of California. He is a contributor to the popular online music production blog The Pro Audio Files. He has studied songwriting and guitar at The Berklee College of Music, and has a Master’s Degree in Sound Design from The Savannah College of Art and Design.

 

When he isn't working, he enjoys binge watching television while sitting on the couch with his wife Erin, Children Vera & Whittaker, Italian Greyhound Luigi, and fluffy cats Francis and Bronson.
